Ghost Recon Breakpoint error code 'Mountain 00014/00015' disconnecting players from server, issue being monitored

Ghost Recon Breakpoint arrived in 2019 as a new installment in Ubisoft’s tactical FPS saga. It is currently available on previous generation consoles (PS4/Xbox One), Windows OS and Google Stadia.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint boasts a campaign that takes place in a large open world. However, as in other similar games, the online mode takes center stage.

Currently, some Ghost Recon Breakpoint players are facing a ‘Mountain 00014’ or ‘Mountain 00015’ error code which causes constant disconnections from the servers (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9).

Multiple reports describe the same situation. After a few minutes of playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint online, some players will receive a ‘Mountain 00014’ or ‘Mountain 00015’ error code that disconnects them from the server.

So, I can’t seem to play longer than 5-10 minutes in Breakpoint without the game disconnecting and kicking me back to the main menu. Why? I tried looking it up and found that it means this:

Ongoing online service issue (or you’ve been banned)

So, is there currently any services issues going on? If not, I can’t for the life of me think of a reason for why I would be banned. I have never once played with other players, never once used mods to change the game in anyway.

The issue could happen even during the campaign, according to some reports:

I’m replaying the sorry and I got the “Speak No Evil” and every time I play it I get to around the time when you go to Lake Bulkington and meet with one of the runners and it gives me Mountain 00014 and kicks me to the main menu. I really want to complete this mission and don’t know if it will happen else where. someone please help me with this

The Ubisoft team is already aware of the Ghost Recon Breakpoint ‘Mountain 00014/00015’ error code. The company is looking into it and monitoring the situation in order to resolve it.

From the looks of our servers, it appears that many Breakpoint players are still able to connect online on the game, but this does not tell us how stable this connection is, which ging from the number of forum replies, has affected a lot of people in the last 36 hours.

We will continue to monitor this and let you know when we hear back from the Breakpoint team regarding these constant disconnections, sorry for any inconvenience this has caused all of you.
